A case investigating allegations against a Bali immigration officer is still developing.
An immigration officer allegedly sexually harassed an Australia traveler at Bali’s airport earlier this year on February 20.
Police held a reconstruction of the scene of the alleged crime last Friday, at Ngurah Rai Airport, reports Tribun Bali.
A tourist from Australia identified as GJ, 56, had just landed at Ngurah Rai Airport and was taking her luggage after landing, according to Tribun.
When going through inspection by immigration, an officer identified as NAS, 31, allegedly asked GJ to follow him into the restroom hallway and asked to take a photo with her.
It was then that GJ alleges that NAS groped her.
GJ immediately reported the incident to officials at the airport, who have not yet completed their investigation.
