PGA tour star Phil Mickelson has been tapped to redesign the 18-hole golf course at the controversial ‘six-star resort’ that the Trump Hotel Collection is setting up in Bali.

Trump is working along with Indonesian business partner Hary Tanoesoedibjo to redevelop the former five-star Pan Pacific Nirwana into his own vision of luxury—a resort that was acquired through Tanoe’s MNC Group in 2013. With sweeping views of the Indian Ocean, Pan Pacific encompasses 103 hectares of a cliff-top near Bali’s holy temple Tanah Lot and one of the most ‘impressive’ features of the property is its expansive cliff-top golf course.

Mickelson will reportedly be working closely with MNC and The Trump Organization to redesign the 18-hole golf course, which makes for Trump’s 19th golf property across the globe and his fourth in Asia.

This apparently isn’t Mickelson’s first rodeo. The golfing champ has previous designed a few other courses: Arizona’s Whisper Rock, China’s Mickelson Shanghai International, and the Mickelson National Golf Club in Canada.

Demolition of the Pan Pacific is slated for August, followed by a three-year redevelopment plan partly operated by the Trump group. The beginning of construction has been reported to be set for 2018.
