Pleas to track down the owner of a unique gold ring found on a Bali beach went viral and now, in just three days time, the ring’s owner has been found!
It all started on April 7 when Roxy Walsh posted a picture of the ring to Facebook with the text of the inscription: Darling Joe, Happy 70th Birthday 2009, Love Jenny.
Roxy wrote that she found the ring at Bali’s popular Finn’s Beach Club and she knew it was a long shot, but she really wanted to try and reunite the ring with its owner.
Apparently people are suckers for these sorts of sentimental valuables. And all the sharing and social media attention has seemed to paid off as Roxy just updated her profile and the group to say that she found “Darling Joe” and Jenny and will be grabbing breakfast with them on Sunday in “Noosa.”
