The former AFL star wrapped up in the alleged elaborate and movie-like kidnapping plot involving a Clive Palmer media advisor has been granted bail.
Tony Smith, the former Sydney Swans player got bail in the Brisbane Magistrates Court today after pledging a $250,000 surety, reports the AAP.
Smith’s bail conditions allow him to return to Indonesia, where his Bali home is, but any other overseas travel must be run by the office of the Director of Public Prosecutions of all overseas travel, according to AAP.
