Oh course one of the first things we thought of is how this fire comes right on the heels of the flames that devastated Denpasar’s Pasar Badung, Bali’s biggest and oldest traditional market, and another recent fire at a Legian pasar in January 2016.

Upon news of the fire, Pusdalops BPBD (the information manager of the regional disaster management agency) Denpasar deployed three fire engines to the pasar.
