A fast boat went down in flames this morning carrying dozens of foreigners and one Indonesian, reports Tribun Bali. As of writing time, reports say there are no casualties from the accident.
The JJ Fast Boat was on its way from Sanur Beach on Bali to Nusa Penida and Nusa Lembongan.
Tribun is reporting that a number of passengers jumped into the ocean once they realized the boat was on fire. However, four passengers were too late to escape the flames and got burns that were said to be just minor. Of the four injured, two were Canadian, one Italian and one Balinese from Sanur.

A boat owned by local residents was fortunately able to evacuate the displaced passengers before the boat went down in open waters. To make sure no passengers were left behind, Nusa Penida water police searched the site where the ship sank and were still conducting additional searches, Nusa Penida Police Chief Nyoman Suwarsika told Tribun.
The cause for the fire is still unknown, Tribun reports.
