After a tragic incident earlier today at Double Six Beach in Legian, the body of a Dutch tourist has been taken to forensics at Sanglah Hospital for further examination, reports Tribun Bali.
Reports are not yet offering up much information other than that the fact that the victim was male and of Dutch nationality.
The body reportedly arrived at Sanglah Hospital at 2:20 pm.
Ketut Mertajaya, a witness of the beach incident interviewed by Tribun, says the victim was out swimming when he suddenly plunged underwater, out of sight. There was nothing unusual at first, the man was swimming along with a number of tourists. After a wave, Mertajaya alleges the victim was thrown under water.
Another witness on Double Six told Tribun Bali that the victim was on holiday at the beach and alleged that the victim had a heart attack.
