A clip of an unidentified man giving the world an unsolicited view of his penis in Bali has gone viral, with police now saying they are looking into the incident.
According to reports, the incident happened on Tuesday afternoon in Sukawati, Gianyar regency, right behind Batubulan Terminal.
The widely circulating video, which appeared to have initially been shared as an Instagram story, showed the man sitting on his parked motorbike with one hand holding a phone to his ear, while revealing himself in front of the woman behind the camera.

“At first I didn’t realize, only after about 10 minutes I noticed. He appears to be on the phone but he kept on repeating what he said. I am convinced that he was merely pretending because he kept on saying the same things,” a victim, identified as RW, said.
“When I turned around, I saw [his penis]. I then recorded it as evidence, and then I yelled at him and asked him why he would do such a thing in front of me.”
Sukawati sub-precinct chief, I Made Ariawan, said police will look into the incident, though they have yet to receive a formal report about the incident.
Under Indonesia’s Criminal Code (KUHP), public indecency is a crime punishable by up to 2 years and eight months in prison.
