Not even a week after a video depicting a blonde Caucasian woman, sitting on a motorbike behind a foreign male and exposing her genitals to a camera went viral, Bali immigration authorities announced that the pair of tourists have been arrested.
Ngurah Rai Immigration Agency Head Sugito was quoted by Antara news agency as saying over the weekend that the woman is identified by her initials CAP, while her male companion is identified as CM.
Both of them are 49 years of age.
“We have arrested the two for investigation,” the official said.
According to preliminary findings by the Ngurah Rai Immigration Office, the genital flashing happened about seven months ago. CAP and CM were both in Seminyak at the time.
Sitting behind her boyfriend on a motorbike, CAP suddenly exposed her vagina to an unknown party.
According to the police, in the video, CM was talking to a local about prostitution in Thailand involving ladyboys who, according to him, would wear a miniskirt so short that their underwear is exposed.
CAP then did the outrageous gesture to illustrate CM’s story.
Last week, Bali saw two videos go viral depicting foreigners exposing their private parts in public. Before CAP, a German woman was caught on camera crashing a Balinese dance ceremony at a temple in Ubud – fully naked.
