A clash between two groups of youths at the intersection of Jl. Gunung Agung and Jl. Mahendradata in Denpasar reportedly got out of hand on Sunday morning.
West Denpasar Police Chief Wisnu Wardana confirmed the clash with Tribun Bali.
Wardana says the police’s investigation of the incident is ongoing.
“We are still investigating. Because until now there has been no actors from the clash that were successfully identified,” he told Tribun Bali. Police additionally have not determined the affiliations of the angsty youth, but Merdeka did report that they were armed with pipes and other metal objects. Yikes.
However, Wardana says there were no casualties in the clash, just a red motorbike that got burned. RIP motor merah.
