The body of a young man was reportedly found decomposing in a Kuta hotel room.
The corpse, identified as Alekandr Shkliaev, was admitted into the forensics lab of Denpasar’s Sanglah Hospital on Monday around 3 am, reports Tribun Bali. Reports mention he was a bule bit did not disclose the nationality.
“The body when examined was already in a state of swelling caused by the gases of decomposition. The whole body was greenish,” said head of forensics medicine at Sanglah, Dr. Ida Bagus Putu Alit.
In order for the body to look like that, Shkliaev must have died two to three days before he was found, according to Tribun.
As of writing, reports have not yet mentioned his possible cause of death or whether foul play is suspected.
