British model Terrence Murrell, allegedly on the run from police in the United Kingdom for dealing illegal steroids, is on the run no more. That came to an end on Sunday when police here on Bali arrested the 30-year-old for drug use and overstaying his visa.

“We arrested British national Terrence Murrell on Sunday, July 28, 2019, in his place of stay in Kuta. It was a joint operation with the Denpasar Police and we’d found several pieces of evidence,” Amran Aris, who heads the Class 1 Immigration Office at Ngurah Rai International Airport, told reporters earlier today.

As reported by Detik, police found a bong, used syringes and steroids among his belongings in his room. That prompted them to conduct a urine test for Murrell, which came out positive for morphine. The police, however, did not find any drugs among his belongings.

Authorities also found that he had overstayed his visa by more than 150 days and that he had pornographic content, allegedly of his own making, on his mobile phone.

“When we looked in his phone, we found pornographic content that [we believe] he produced himself which we were able to identify based on the tattoos on his body. There’s a lot of sexual deviation (in the content), men with other men, women with other women, and even with dogs and fish,” Amran said.

Just last week, British news site The Sun reported that Murrell has been posting pornographic images online through a site called OnlyFans and that he’s been promoting the content through his social media pages.

Under the name “Terry Murrell” on Facebook, the model appears to have been freely sharing his lifestyle and workouts, and at one point even used the page to promote his “naughty videos or photos.”

Amran added that there might have been more than 20 videos on Murrell’s phone, though he said he could not confirm whether they were made in Bali or not.

“We found the pornographic videos only on his phone, but it’s worth suspecting that he is selling this pornographic content, as reported by news outlets in his home country,” Amran said.

As reported by Tribun-Bali, authorities are investigating the videos further to find out where they were produced, who else was involved and who he’s been sharing them with.

If he was found to have produced or distributed pornographic materials while in Bali, Murrell could also potentially be charged under Indonesia’s strict anti-pornography laws.

According to a report from BBC, Murrell was sentenced to 37 months in prison at Caernarfon Crown Court in Wales, UK, last October. He was found guilty of having conspired to supply a controlled drug and possession with intent to supply. He reportedly made GBP 220,000 (USD 267,000) from his supply of steroids.
