The search is off for a Tunisian man in Bali that had been missing since Oct. 18

A body in the morgue at Denpasar’s Sanglah Hospital has reportedly been identified as 25-year-old Aziz Farhat.

The Tunisian was allegedly killed in a road accident, getting hit by a motorcylist, according to a report by Jawa Pos

Before he was found to be in the morgue, photos of the Tunisian had been circulating on social media in a desperate attempt to locate Farhat, who was supposed to return to work on Oct. 31.

Kuta Police Criminal Investigator Insp. Aryo Seno Wimoko confirmed police are handling the investigation involving the Tunisian’s death and said on Sunday that police will provide more information to the media on Monday.

Wikmoko also said that the alleged perpetrator of Farhat’s death is in Kuta Police custody.
