A panty thief was caught red-handed, mid-burglary in Denpasar, Bali.
North Kuta resident, Suherman Raharja, 41, was caught while stealing at a boardinghouse on Jl. Glogor Carik, South Denpasar on Wednesday morning. He was allegedly trying to get away with 20 pairs of women’s underwear, 20 bras, and three pieces of lingerie, according to NusaBali.
It’s alleged that Raharja would get off on seeing and smelling women’s delicates.
Raharja was stopped in his tracks when a woman and her friend were asleep in their room and awoke to see the man holding three pieces of her underwear.
The man was taken to South Denpasar Police headquarters for further questioning, South Denpasar Police’s Criminal Investigation Unit Insp. Bangkit Denanjaya said on Thursday.
