Bali’s not exactly known as a sports capital, but plans to build an international stadium could help change our island’s olah raga image.
The plan to develop an international stadium in Bali is super positive since it can be developed for a variety of sports, says Ketut Suwandi, Bali chairman of the Indonesian National Sports Committee (KONI), as quoted by Tribun Bali.
The stadium is supposed to come with other supporting facilities
According to Suwandi, Bali’s athletes are on the rise. “Yesterday alone, all of our athletes in the finals in Pekan Olah Raga National (PON) Remaja Surabaya,” he said so modestly.
Suwandi also see’s Pecatu’s future stadium as a place for foreign exchange, adding that it could draw a lot of international guests.
