Bali elementary school says it was burgled: laptop, camera, and 3 kg gas canister reported stolen

Showing that some people out there have pretty questionable common decency, an elementary school in Karangasem reported it had been burglarized yesterday.

SD 3 Pertima elementary school principal Ni Ketut Sari says he noticed his officer door was locked from the inside, which is something out of the usual for him. After contacting the school’s ground staff, he noticed that his office window was open and another closet appeared to be broken into, reports Tribun Bali

An Acer laptop worth IDR7.5 million, a Canon camera also worth IDR7.5 million, and a three kilogram canister of gas were all missing claims Sari. The gas canister seems the most surprising of bounty, but then again, the government did indicate plans to increase the price of these little green canisters in 2015.

Karangasem Police told Tribun Bali that they are on the hunt for the perpetrators who stole from this unusual and might we say sad target.
