Sasha Simone didn’t win the latest season of The Voice UK, but that doesn’t mean she can’t win at life.
Now that the live finale already aired on Saturday and Simone wasn’t crowned winner, the British reality show finalist says her next step after wrapping up with The Voice is backpacking through beautiful Bali. Good choice, Simone.
“Now I’m going to backpack around Bali in May. I’m planning to meditate and write a song then come back and see if anyone wants to work with me on it,” the 25-year-old said, as quoted by the Birmingham Mail.
“I’m not in any rush to be a pop star, for me it was about the journey.
“I’m going to Bali so that I can accept and understand what’s happened. At the moment, I feel lost for words, I can hardly string a sentence together to explain how I feel.”
We get it. Sounds like she’s got some soul searching to do, and where better than Bali to do that in?
Sure she wasn’t the last one standing on the show, but we’re guessing this killer vocalist still has quite a glowing career ahead of her.
