Known for its killer sunsets on the rocks, the queue at Ayana Resort’s Rock Bar is notoriously long.
No doubt looking to further capitalize on its iconic status, the Jimbaran bar perched on the cliffs just 14 meters above the Indian Ocean will add a collection of new seating areas and decks to accommodate up to 650 guests, according to a statement put out by Ayana.
Japanese designer Yasuhiro Koichi has reportedly added nine new decks to the original design. An impressive elevated round deck will only be accessible by an over-the-water bridge and will apparently give 18 lucky guests crazy amazing panoramic views.
Hopefully this will actually make the infamously long lines shorter, but if it’s getting this much cooler (not that we could afford it), we’re wondering if this will send even larger throngs of people Ayana’s way.
