Aviastar co-pilot Yudishthira Febby Aryanto was laid to rest in a Muslim cemetery in Kuta, Bali on Friday morning.
At around 9 am, his body was taken from Masjid Nurul Hada in Kuta to the cemetery and the tearjerker part is that his coffin was carried by Aviastar airline pilots, reports Sindo News. The co-pilot was reportedly originally from Denpasar.
As previously reported on, Yudishthira was co-piloting the Aviastar flight from Masamba to Makassar, Sulawesi, that crashed on Friday. The flight lost contact just 11 minutes after takeoff at 2:36 pm. There were seven passengers on board, in addition to three crew members—all were tragically killed in the crash.
