An earthquake that hit East Java on Sunday afternoon could be felt in Bali.
The epicenter of the 6.3 magnitude quake was off of the Southwestern Malang regency in Java, reports Tribun Bali.
People across the island such as in Kuta, Denpasar, Sanur, and Gianyar reported having felt the earthquake yesterday around 2 pm, according to Tribun. The vibrations of the earthquake could be felt for about 30 seconds.
Fortunately the Denpasar Call Centre relieved tsunami fears of netizens, reportedly posting that there was no tsunami potential.
