22-year-old woman arrested for dealing drugs, allegedly with help from inside Kerobokan Prison

The National Narcotics Agency (BNN) Bali Province arrested a 22-year-old woman from Jember, East Java.

BNN found during a raid on Jan. 26 that the young woman, identified as RR in reports, was apparently storing methamphetamine under the seat of her motorbike.

“From the evidence we seized from the suspect, there are as many as 21 packets of the drug methamphetamine with a net weight of 7.86 grams. She is a pure dealer associated with her husband, initials SW, who was arrested last December,” Head of BNN Bali I Putu Gede Suastawa said on Thursday, as quoted by Tribun Bali

Based on RR’s interrogation, it seems the woman has been receiving meth from a source that has not been publicly named, but Suastawa has give the initials as JH and says it’s an inmate at Kerobokan Prison.

“From the results of the investigation against the suspect RR, she mentioned getting the goods from LP Kerobokan, from a man with the initials JH. They worked together,” Suastawa said.
