We asked people across Asia what they think of LGBT people and got some interesting answers

Acceptance of the LGBT community can be quite a touchy issue in Bali. That sure came out in an unscripted video we just released asking locals from eight different cities around Asia about what they think of LGBT people.

Even though Bali certainly appears much more progressive than other parts of the country and the island has some thriving gay nightlife like the line-up of clubs on Dhyana Pura, you can tell from how the person we interviewed in Bali answered, that we still have ways to go with adopting progressive attitudes towards the LGBT community.

As for the other cities, the ranges of responses we got might suprise you.

The video is the second episode of our latest original Coconuts TV series, QUESTIONS.

ICYMI, last week, we asked people about social media addiction in their countries.

Stay tuned to see what we ask next!
