If you hopped on Facebook or Twitter today, then you were probably flooded of images of flooding in the Denpasar-Sanur area.
From pictures of roads filled with water to little kids swimming in those roads, there’s photos of it all, which have plenty of us wondering how long it’ll be, if ever, until Bail will get some better drainage infrastructure.
But the Bali-based punk band Superman is Dead (SID) used the flood pictures to remind us of the ForBali Tolak Reklamasi movement, the campaign fighting the controversial reclamation of Bali’s Benoa Bay, which has been a bit quiet for some time now.

Posting a collage of flood pics to their official Facebook band page, SID asked people, if you think this is bad, imagine what would happen if Benoa Bay was reclaimed. Where would all that water go? Hello, swimming pool on every road.
