Bali foodies are in for a treat as WhiteStone Restaurant & Bar made its debut in Seminyak in February, offering an all-day dining experience to patrons. Situated on the famous Umalas Street, already famous for its dining options, WhiteStone aims to cater to up to 150 customers with its cozy atmosphere.

WhiteStone’s menu covers a range of cuisines, including Indonesian, Mediterranean, Asian, and Western comfort foods. Chef Indrayadi, who heads WhiteStone’s kitchen, said in a statement that the brunch menu draws inspiration from Melbourne-style brunch, highlighting dishes like egg benedict, waffles, French toast, chili scrambles, avocado toast, salads, wraps, and poke bowls.

The dinner menu features a mix of international and local dishes. Accompanying the dinner offerings are classic cocktails with twists like the Rosella Negroni (East Indies Gin, Campari, Sweet Vermouth Infused, Cranberry, & Rosella), and signature cocktails like the Smoky Topaz (Whisky, Sunkist Orange, Fresh Lemon Juice, Orange Maple Syrup, Dash of Coffee Liqueur, Crème Brulée Syrup). The restaurant also boasts a selection of wines.

Dessert options include the Matcha Panna Cotta (macerated strawberry, poached pear, carrot gel, hazelnut, matcha ice cream) and the Lemon Tart (shortcrust pastry, lemon cream, meringue, strawberry gel, citrus gel, chocolate crumble, vanilla ice cream).

WhiteStone features a bespoke bar with a wide variety of gin selections, allowing customers to choose their own glass and mixer.

The opening of WhiteStone is expected to add to the dining options available in Seminyak, appealing to both locals and tourists seeking an array of culinary experiences.
