Coconuts Bali is turning five and we want you to come celebrate with us by stuffing your face with some of the best pizza in Bali at Flat Stanley, the new California kitchen at Alila Seminyak.
It’s been a wild five years of stories, videos, and news, and we want to say thank you to all the Coconauts out there for being a part of the journey, in style. Mark your calendars for Oct. 18 dear readers, we’re taking over Flat Stanley for one big, cosmic, coconutty night.
We love the vibes at Flat Stanley and we think you will too. The restaurant has a retro-modern California style.
If you haven’t been to Flat Stanley yet, then this is your chance to enjoy the flatbread pizza from self-proclaimed “Dough Head” chef Matt White (the man behind Alt. Pizza and Extra Virgin Pizza in Singapore). Just so you know: the phenomenal sourdough crust goes through a 48-hour double fermentation process, making for crust you can really sink your teeth into.
Wash all that pizza (and other nibbles) down with cocktails from the bar — they’ll be flowing from 7 to 10pm.

Food: Pizzas and mini burgers + beer and single mixers (we’ve got a special Coconuts cocktail in the works, too!)
Entry is FREE with RSVP for COCO+ members with a plus one. For non-members, pre-event tickets are available via Peatix or IDR 250k at the door!
