Bar Vera, a new addition to Bali’s food and beverage scene – especially in the emerging Pererenan area – is aiming to bring an authentic Parisian dining atmosphere with contemporary vibes to the island.

Created by the Mason Group, Bar Vera pays tribute to the popular neighborhood bars and bistros of Europe where chic patrons let their hair down with their friends over good food and drinks.

Located inside the Further Hotel, Bar Vera boasts a private dining room that can accommodate up to 65 guests.

Mason Group chef and Bar Vera founder, Benjamin Cross, a renowned figure in Bali’s food and beverage industry, is joined by Keir Ballantyne as the new restaurant’s head chef. The pair have set out to bring select dishes that mix timeless French techniques with locally sourced ingredients, adding subtle nods to the elements of the local region.

Check out their mouth-watering dishes below.

Bar Vera’s signature drinks menu is curated by the multi-award-winning Bar Director Zac de Git, whose creativity allows the establishment to showcase the finest drinking traditions from across Europe, complemented by an extensive wine list of diverse European vinos curated by Group GM and sommelier, Marcus Boyle.
