Seminyak’s renowned hotspot, Motel Mexicola, is set to bring back its much-anticipated annual event, the Day of the Dead, on Oct. 31 AKA Halloween Day.

A thrilling blend of music, dancing, and macabre festivities are scheduled to kick off at 6pm at the establishment.

Attendees can look forward to live music, DJ sets, lively dance performances, and, of course, an abundance of food and drinks at the venue. The festivities are slated to continue well into the early morning hours.

This year’s dress code pays homage to the eerie allure of vampires, with the theme being “Las Mujeres Vampiro / Vampires.” Guests who go the extra mile with their costumes stand a chance to win the coveted top prize of IDR10 million (US$640).

Tickets are available for purchase online at IDR200,000 (US$12.81) per person and while drop-ins are welcome, the establishment suggested reservations to ensure the night lasts longer with more haunting memories to cherish.
