Bali’s iconic culinary establishment, Mama San Bali, led by the culinary virtuoso Chef Will Meyrick, has unveiled its latest venture: the Mama San Supper Club. The establishment aspires to give guests an elevated experience that seamlessly blends sophistication, innovative gastronomy, and exclusive entertainment.
After undergoing a transformation, Seminyak’s Mama San Bali has unveiled two distinctive dining spaces housed within a single venue.
The ground floor features the revamped Mama San Dining Room and Grill, where the rich flavors of Thai, Indonesian, and Laotian cuisines meld seamlessly with refined culinary techniques.
The ambiance exudes vibrancy, boasting plush green banquette seating, elegant dark timber accents, and opulent chandeliers, creating an inviting atmosphere for a memorable dining experience.
On the upper level, the Mama San Supper Club introduces a concept reminiscent of classic speakeasies. Adorned with opulent wooden finishes, moody lighting, and communal tables, this intimate space accommodates up to 34 guests and is tailored to host exclusive events and private functions.
Elevating the experience further, the Supper Club will feature live entertainment and DJ sets, providing a dynamic nightlife encounter.
Chef Will Meyrick shared his enthusiasm for the Mama San Supper Club in a statement made available for Coconuts Bali, stating, “Mama San Supper Club offers an intimate journey into exclusivity. Our menu reflects the very essence of Pan-Asian cuisine, with a strong emphasis on sourcing seasonal and sustainable ingredients.”
