Canggu’s dining landscape has seen a recent addition with the opening of Lulu Bistrot.

Designed by Bali-based Modular Studio, the restaurant draws inspiration from Parisian cafés, combining classic and modern elements. It features three distinct sections: the main dining area, the bar, and the terrace, accommodating 70, 14, and 26 guests respectively.

Executive Chef Ryan Thejasukmana, a Le Cordon Bleu Sydney graduate, leads the culinary offerings. The menu focuses on contemporary French bistro favorites, using locally sourced ingredients alongside global produce.

Lulu Bistrot’s menu includes dishes like Calamari and Merguez Sausage, Tuna ala Provençal, Onion Tarte Tatin with light Pecorino Sauce, Grilled Fish of the Day with Cilantro Beurre Blanc, and Heirloom Tomato Salad from Puri Tomato with Rose Wine Jelly and Homemade Crème Fraiche.

The bistro also boasts an extensive wine list and a team of skilled mixologists crafting cocktails. Lulu Bistrot aims to provide a Parisian café atmosphere, emphasizing quality ingredients and a diverse selection of wines and cocktails.
