A big expo over in Nusa Dua kicked off today, that will see the gathering of folks in the hospitality and food and beverage industries.
Bali Interfood, now on its second year, will run until Saturday at the Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center (BNDCC) and will feature topics along the lines of food & beverage products, technology, ingredients, additives, raw materials, services, equipment, and supplies.
Some of the competitions during the expo include the Indonesia Barista Championship, Indonesia Latter Art Championship, Indonesia Cup Tasters Championship, and the Indonesia Brewers Championship.
Director of Kristina Exhibitions, Daud D. Salim, told Tribun Bali that there more than 100 companies involved in the expo this year.
