Mil’s Kitchen, a modern Indonesian restaurant, is bringing a unique dining experience to foodies and casual diners alike. The founder of Mil’s Kitchen, Chef Mili Hendratno, says he aims to engage all the senses and create an unforgettable experience for guests.

The OG restaurant opened in 2020 at the chef’s home in Yogyakarta. Mil’s Kitchen quickly gained popularity, leading to the opening of a proper restaurant in Pandaga Marta A2, Sleman, Yogyakarta a year later.

Over time, Mil’s Kitchen expanded its reach and opened a branch in Berawa, Bali in late 2022, becoming a fixture of the Island of God’s dining scene. Chef Daniel Edward, a force to be reckoned with in Indonesia’s culinary scene, joined forces with Chef Mili to bring the magical delights of Mil’s Kitchen to Bali.

To ensure the quality and freshness of their dishes, Mil’s Kitchen sources its ingredients from local farms and organic products, promoting sustainability. The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating, including a garden and a bar, which are perfect for spending quality time with friends and family.

With an impressive menu that includes Baked Bone Marrow “SATE SAPI KECAP,” Tuna Taco “GOHU IKAN GENDAR,” and US Beef Short Ribs Bourguignon “RAWON,” Mil’s Kitchen delivers bold flavors and unique combinations. They also offer a variety of cocktails, including the refreshing “Canggu oh Canggu” made with Rum, Aperol, Pineapple, Lemon Oleo, and Lemongrass Foam.

Mil’s Kitchen is not just a dining destination, but also a social gathering spot. For example, Ladies Night, which takes place every Friday, offers a special discount on selected drinks, live music, and a pet-friendly environment.

With Chef Mili’s passion for Indonesian cuisine and Chef Daniel Edward’s creativity, Mil’s Kitchen Bali is a welcome addition in the Canggu dining scene. Whether you’re a foodie or looking for a unique dining experience, Mil’s Kitchen promises an unforgettable time.
