Renowned Australian chef, Adam Liston, acclaimed for his mastery of yakitori, is set to grace Bali’s culinary scene.
Liston, known for his work at Adelaide’s Shōbōsho restaurant, where he brings inventive twists to Japanese yakitori, will be joining forces with YUKI’s Executive Chef Yudha Permana for two nights of exceptional dining.
On Oct. 24, guests at YUKI Canggu can experience a preview tasting with snacks and cocktails overlooking Batu Bolong beach.
The main event, a flame-grilled izakaya dinner, will take place at YUKI Uluwatu on Oct. 26. The menu will feature signature dishes from Adelaide’s acclaimed restaurant alongside YUKI favorites.
