FED joins forces with Lorenzo De Petris for an exclusive Mosto event

Bali’s culinary scene is gearing up for an unprecedented collision of talent as FED, a Melbourne-trained collective with a penchant for sustainability, teams up with culinary maestro Lorenzo De Petris for an exclusive one-night event at Mosto tomorrow.

Made Dhanu, the man behind FED, renowned for his dedication to raw ingredients and sustainability, will collaborate with Lorenzo De Petris, an expert in melding funky and classic culinary styles. The fusion of these two distinct approaches is anticipated to produce a range of unique dishes that showcase the duo’s combined culinary prowess.

Among the anticipated offerings are FED’s signature bread accompanied by oyster tarama and charcoal oil – a marriage of flavors that promises a sensory delight. The culinary exploration continues with dishes like BBQ lamb infused with coriander and green chili chermoula, an intriguing oxtail rendang xian bing featuring cotija cheese, and a house-made rigatoni accentuated by tomato zozzona and a bold chili crunch. Each dish will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, adding an element of exclusivity to the gastronomic experience.

To complement the culinary journey, attendees can look forward to signature cocktails meticulously crafted by Mosto and FED. Furthermore, exclusive natty wines, selected by Hubertus for their exceptional quality, will be available by the glass. 

The night will be further elevated by the rhythmic beats of Get the Gat and Julian from FED, providing a dynamic soundscape from 5pm till late.

This culinary convergence at Mosto is a testament to the evolving gastronomic scene in Bali.
