Made Dhanu, the man behind FED, renowned for his dedication to raw ingredients and sustainability, will collaborate with Lorenzo De Petris, an expert in melding funky and classic culinary styles. The fusion of these two distinct approaches is anticipated to produce a range of unique dishes that showcase the duo’s combined culinary prowess.
Among the anticipated offerings are FED’s signature bread accompanied by oyster tarama and charcoal oil – a marriage of flavors that promises a sensory delight. The culinary exploration continues with dishes like BBQ lamb infused with coriander and green chili chermoula, an intriguing oxtail rendang xian bing featuring cotija cheese, and a house-made rigatoni accentuated by tomato zozzona and a bold chili crunch.
