The adventurous Russian couple that became an Instagram sensation for their #followmeto travel photos has posted a stunning shot at Bali’s Tirta Empul temple.
Tirta Empul is located in Tampaksiring Village, Gianyar and is famous amongst Balinese for its holy spring water and purification ritual. The temple is becoming increasingly popular on the tourist trail as well.
The photo, posted last week by Russian photographer Murad Osmann to his Insta account @muradosmann, shows the couple entering the temple’s holy spring with his wife leading the way, whilst decked out in a Balinese kebaya and sarong.
Tirta Empul isn’t the couple’s first shot in Bali. Last year they set a photo in Bali rice paddies!
Osmann travels the world with wife Nataly Osmann, taking pictures in their signature hand-holding pose. The photos typically feature the gorgeous Nataly leading the way, usually made up in the local dress with picture-perfeclty-styled hair. The couple seems to have been everywhere—more than 500 cities in 160 countries, according to their travel website.
Their pose style has gone viral and inspired thousands of Instagram users to post their own photos in the same pose, using the tag #followmeto.
While in Bali, the couple also shot footage for a travel guide that appears to still be in progress. The trailer looks lovely:
