Should drugs be legalized?
It’s a question that is being taken more seriously as a way of dealing with everything from addiction to the criminal narcotics trade.
But as no one should be left out of the conversation, Coconuts TV host Sebastian Perry headed to Bangkok’s party street Khaosan Road to see where the drinkers and thinkers stand on the issue.
Surprisingly, there were some very coherent points made, and not surprisingly, some incoherent ones.
