Bothered by slow internet connections in Yangon? Depending on what township you live in, your life is about to improve.
Ooredoo launched 4G services in the city a few days ago, but so far, due to the availability of spectrum, it is only available in a handful of Yangon’s several-dozen townships.
Here they are, as of May 25, 2016.
The above list is from this page on Ooredoo’s website, which also shows the areas in Mandalay and Naypyitaw where 4G is available.
It will definitely change so check back in the days and weeks to come to see if your township has been added.
