In the latest development in Yangon luxe living, Singaporean real estate group LHN Limited has announced it will open a serviced home-office style residence in the heart of downtown.
The company has signed a master lease with a local developer to complete its first GreenHub Premium Small Office – 32 units of one to three bedroom apartments within walking distance of the Sakura and Centrepoint Towers.
The complex should be operational by September 2015, the Myanmar Times reported.
LHN, which launched in 2012, already has two GreenHub complexes – one in Singapore, the other in Indonesia.
