Myanmar ladies win gold at indoor skydiving championship

An all-female Myanmar team won six medals, including one gold, at the 1st Asiania Indoor Skydiving Championship in Chongqing, China, which concluded on Sunday.

In the two-way senior female competition, team members Nann Oo Khin and Nway Pyae Sone Lynn won gold. They also earned bronze in the two-way senior competition.

In both the two-way junior female and the two-way junior open competitions, Thae Nadi Aung and Hnin Thazin Maung earned silver medals.

All four team members competed together in the four-way female and four-way open competitions and earned silver medal and a bronze medal, respectively.

The team was sponsored by the Myanmar Parachute federation, Indoor Skydiving Yangon, and Pride International School Myanmar.

Myanmar competed against teams from China, France, Singapore, Latvia, Hungary, UAE, Qatar, Indonesia, and Malaysia.
