Myanmar screen star Moe Aung Yin has been nabbed for meth possession, the Myanmar Times reports.
The 29-year-old star of Gay A Htar and Allann Za Yar was reportedly busted in a police sting at has girlfriend’s Pazundaung township apartment in the early hours of yesterday morning.
Two friends, Lu Lu Than Oo, 38, and Phone Myint Aung, 28, were also arrested during the 4am operation.
They are facing up to 10 years behind bars for possession or trafficking for sale.
A total of 40 grams of crystal meth and some drug paraphenelia, left under the bed, were allegedly discovered.
