Several pretty amusing memes have emerged online after a police officer in Kachin state’s Hpakant township pulled his gun out during a tense community meeting on September 6.
The officer, named Soe Zaw Zaw, later apologized and was suspended, but not before the moment was captured on video and photo. The memes have seized on this particular image as a starting point.
