A 28-year-old man was crushed to death by a train while he was sleeping on the railway tracks in Magwe Region on Sunday.
Aung Ko Oo, from Aung Myin Thar village, was struck between mileposts 239/5 and 239/6.
He sustained serious injuries and died at the scene, according to the Global New Light of Myanmar.
Police are investigating.
