Pope Francis is scheduled to hold a televised meeting with diplomats and members of civil society organizations in Naypyidaw today at 5:15pm.

A focal point of the pope’s visit has been his support for the Rohingya, though local church officials, fearing a nationalist backlash, have cautioned him against mentioning the group by name.

People around the world are waiting to hear how the pope approaches this sensitive subject.
