It’s spelled Scot, not Scott: New US Ambassador to Myanmar arrives

United States ambassador Scot Marciel is in Myanmar, replacing the rather tall Derek Mitchell.

The embassy said in a statement that he arrived today (Friday). If that’s true they are not wasting any time. The Facebook page for the embassy has already put up this video, which includes Marciel busting out some Burmese.
