Can’t make it to Naypyitaw to witness presidential history? That’s okay, there’s a live stream

Myanmar’s parliament is packed today for the swearing-in of the new president, Htin Kyaw.

But not everyone can make it. Naypyitaw is not the most convenient place to travel to, you know, being built in the middle of nowhere.

Enter internet.

There’s a live stream of the proceedings, which should start at 10am today, on Hluttaw TV, the official state-backed show for the goings-on at parliament.

Or if you have a television tune in on SkyNet or MRTV.
