Bus conductor stabs rival in fight at Yangon terminal

A bus conductor has been left with serious injuries after a rival from another line stabbed him at a Yangon terminal on Friday.

The two men, who compete to draw customers for their firms, got into a violent argument at the Dagon Ayeya Highway Terminal in Hlaing Thayar Township on Friday night.

Aung Myo Htike was taken to hospital for treatment.

A 17-year-old, Lin Htike, fled the scene but was later arrested, the Global New Light of Myanmar reported.
