“Big Bag Band,” one of Myanmar’s well-known punk rock groups, treated fans to an unexpected free one-hour show early Saturday evening in Mahabandoolah Park.
The band announced on Facebook that afternoon that they would be showing up a few hours later to perform.
Around 300 people came despite the hot weather, singing along, taking photos and having a good time.
The group sang several songs and cut it short around 6:30pm.
