Downtown Yangon has its fair share of Indian restaurants and Indian street food.
There’s pretty much something for everybody.
But Mangalam, a specifically South Indian eatery named after a town in the Tamil Nadu, the country’s southermost state, is jumping into the competition with inexpensive curry sets and other goodies.
The inside decor is colorfully simple and the staff aim to please.
