It’s getting wet out there. Just as popular forecaster U Tun Lwin predicted, the rains have arrived – almost right on time. And with them, the complaints. People like to wax lyrical about how terrible this time of year is in Yangon. There are the floods. There are the power outages when storms roll in. But there are plenty of good (alright, reasonable) things too – here are a few.
