A 19-year-old motorcyclist died from injuries sustained from a violent crash after menacingly speeding down New Upper Changi Road yesterday afternoon.
The teen was seriously injured when both he and his motorbike were flung over a road railing. You can see him cutting lanes dangerously past multiple cars down the narrow road, before he collided into a dark grey car that was turning left into the street opposite Sheng Siong Supermarket at Block 209.
Shin Min Daily News reported that the hurled motorbike even knocked down two female pedestrians, who had to be taken to Changi General Hospital for minor injuries. After paramedics tended to the rider for about 10 minutes, he was also conveyed to the hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
