A nasty car wreck left two vehicles completely destroyed in Kluang, Malaysia.

Twitter user @ainzaabar yesterday posted dashcam footage from a stationary Malaysian Black Toyota waiting at a traffic light showed a yellow Mini Cooper, with a Singaporean license plate, crashing into it after losing control while making a left turn.

The windscreen was completely shattered and a conscious man, with a visible cut on his face, was seen escaping the vehicle immediately.

The daughter of the Toyota driver shared the dashcam footage in a Twitter thread in which she said that her father had fortunately only suffered minor injuries and was taken to the hospital.

She said a police report was filed immediately after the accident and that the driver of the Mini Cooper had admitted that he was looking at the Waze map app before crashing into her father’s car.

They are in the process of settling the insurance claims.

According to the timestamp on the video, the incident took place on April 1 at 11:21am.

Another video shows the aftermath of the accident, with both of the badly damaged vehicles flipped on their sides with their fronts smashed in.

Curious passers-by gathered and peeked into the wreck while the accident blocked off part of the road. Other cars were seen lined up next to it.

At least eight people helped flip the cars back upright while laughing and beaming. A tow vehicle was spotted parked beside the vehicles.
